It's been a while since I've posted recipe-related items on the blog, and that's just because I've been mega-busy and eating too much takeout food (but trying to keep on the healthy side.. most of the time). One of my usual takeouts is sushi, and I'm enamored with ginger-carrot dressing. It makes even that sad little iceberg salad that accompanies my takeout so delicious...
